Below you will find resources to help you formulate proper citations. You will see many examples and instructions on these sites.  APA and MLA citation is relatively straight-forward once you get the hang of it.  The most difficult part is understanding what type of resource you are citing and being able to identify the correct pieces of information to include.  As with all citation systems remember that you can only include the information that is given, for example if there is no issue number for a given journal you just don't include one for that particular citation.
