Ask a Librarian

While the library is closed you still can get help. Chat with a librarian 24/7 using the link on the upper left corner of the Library homepage.

You can stop by the Library any time with questions, or you can make an appointment with a librarian at a time that is convenient for you.

Mon - Thur: 8:00am - 10:00pm
Fri: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Sat: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sun: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Have Questions Logging In?

Having issues logging in?  Try the following:

  • Clear your browser's history, cache, and cookies.  
  • If you are using Chrome you'll see three dots in the upper right-hand corner.  Click on the dots.  There will be a dropdown menu.  Click on Settings.  Click Clear browsing data

  • If you are using Firefox, you'll see a “hamburger” in the upper right-hand corner.  Click on the hamburger/Preferences/Privacy & Security/Cookies and Site data (clear data) /History (clear history).  Relaunch. 

  • If you are using Edge, you'll see three dots in the upper right-hand corner.  Settings/Privacy, Search, and Services/Clear Browsing Data (Choose What to Clear). Relaunch. 

  • If you are using Safari, under Safari select Preferences/Privacy/Manage Website Data/Remove All.  Relaunch. 

  • If you are still having issues, try another browser.  Firefox, Edge, Safari. 

  • If those steps haven't resolved the issue, please contact a librarian.  Live chat, email.
